Knit Together: 2017 Women's Retreat
April 28, 2017 to April 30, 2017
7:00pm – 12:00pmCategory: Women's Ministry
In the apostle Paul's letter to the Colossians, he prays that the hearts of believers in Colossae would be encouraged and "knit together" in love. What does it look like for our hearts to be knit together as a community?
We hope you can join us and Teal McGarvey as we work to grow "knitted together" hearts on our annual women's retreat. No (real) knitting involved!
Teal is a lover of all things New England excepting dirty snow and the rarity of spicy Mexican food, having been in the Boston area for nine years. She received a Master of Arts in Religion from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2010 and currently serves an undergraduate student ministry at Harvard in a role that allows her to teach the Bible, disciple young women and develop leaders, all while drinking lots of coffee. She loves literature, trail running and British television and is learning how to rest deeply and walk with Jesus more intimately.
